Our Referral Program Overview

Referrer Eligibility

To be eligible to participate in the Referral Program as a UCC affiliate\referrer, you must be one of the following:

• A currently enrolled student at UCC
• A member of the UCC alumni
• A faculty member at UCC
• A UCC Administrative Staff employee
• A Corporate Entity

How it Works?

Under the UCC’s Referral Program, prospective affiliates\referrers will be required to apply for acceptance into the program by filling out the Prospective Affiliate Sign-Up Form.

Once you register to beome a UCC Affiliate you may invite eligible individuals to apply for a UCC offered program by distributing UCC provided banners or links in addition with your UCC Referral ID and instructing them to click and follow the URL. You may use graphic and text links provided by the University and share them on your social media pages, website or within email messages. If required, the UCC can provide you with a standard email template to dispatch. A prospect will not be able to apply your UCC Referral ID upon payment if they’ve already registered and paid with another affiliate/referrer’s Referral ID. If the prospective student does not click on your banner or URL link and actually apply for a program & ultimately registers, you will not receive attribution for the referral and they will not be considered your referred prospect.

You are eligible to earn a commission for each new student that you refer to The University of The Commonwealth Caribbean either via your social media pages or otherwise. All commission payments and referral rewards are based on the following principles:

• Each new student that is referred through an affiliate link must enroll for at least two (2) courses in their first semester in order for a commission or tuition credit to be applicable.
• Commission or Tuition Credit can only be claimed by the affiliate for the first term’s tuition of the referred student.
• Affiliates will only be eligible for Commission or Tuition Credit provided his/her referred prospect submits an application within a maximum of 30 days of clicking on the affiliate’s link.
• Commission or Tuition Credit will only be paid or applied for undergraduate or graduate degrees, provided the referred student also registers for a second term.

Commission/Tuition Credit Amounts

Commission and Tuition Credit amounts are determined based on the degree program under which the referred student applies.
These numbers ONLY apply to current UCC students and alumni.


Undergraduate Program Referrals

A commission or tuition credit of 40% of the referred student's tuition payment, for the first term ONLY, can be claimed and received by the affiliate for up to three (3) new students; with a cap of $36,000 JMD per enrollee.

A commission or tuition credit of 50% of the referred student’s tuition payment, for the first term ONLY, can be claimed and received by the affiliate for four (4) or more new students; with a cap of $45,000 JMD per enrollee.

Graduate Program Referrals

A commission or tuition credit of 5% of the referred student's tuition payment, for the full program, can be claimed and received by the affiliate for up to three (3) new students; with a cap of $100,000 JMD per enrollee.

A commission or tuition credit of 8% of the referred student’s tuition payment, for the full program, can be claimed and received by the affiliate for four (4) or more new students; with a cap of $100,000 JMD per enrollee.

Bachelor of Law (LLB) Referrals

A commission of 10% of the referred student's tuition payment, for the first year ONLY, can be claimed and received by the affiliate with a cap of $100,000 JMD per enrollee.

Rules and Requirements

We do have some basic ground rules for the program, so please read before signing up:

You cannot use:

• Disparaging or defamatory content concerning The University of The Commonwealth Caribbean or third parties;
• Inappropriate advertisements (false claims, misleading hyperlinks, etc.).
• Spamming (mass email, mass newsgroup posting, etc.).
• Advertising on sites containing or promoting illegal activities.
• Self referrals, fraudulent transactions, suspected Affiliate fraud.
• Content which promotes racism, bigotry, hatred, discrimination, or physical harm of any kind against any group or individual.
• Content that is sexually explicit, obscene, and/or contains nudity
• Any political and/or religious statement
• Content containing images or reference to drugs, alcohol, tobacco, weapons, or firearms
• Content that violates someone else’s privacy
• Paid advertising on search engines, including Google, Bing and others. Affiliates will not be compensated for these referrals.

Participants caught violating or attempting to circumvent these rules will have all affiliate credit voided and will not receive payouts. Additionally, they will be banned from further participation in our affiliate program.
